1978	Founding of Segler Kabeltechnik by Helmut Baude and partner. Main point in production were trailing cable systems
1978	Founding of the Nifa GmbH in Nürtingen
1980	Production of first spiral cables
1982	Relocation to Sarstedt, Gutenbergstraße
1983	Renaming of the Segler Kabeltechnik into Baude Kabeltechnik GmbH. Besides Helmut Baude his son Andreas Baude becomes the second partner. Development of the sales and marketing range toward spiral cables.
1984	Development of a production range of spiral cables
1985	Bringing onto the market of the PUR-cable Semoflex G with rubber core insulation as the fore-runner of the todays H07BQ-F.
1986	Bringing onto the market of halogen free cables
1987	Bringing onto the market of Semoflex electronic , at first with PVC core insulation and PUR sheath.
1991	Founding of a trading station in the Czech Republic with the objective of better sales of our products on the Czech market.
1992	Introduction of halogen free cables with fire control function E90.
1993	Establishing of an own development department for special cables. Main points: crane cables, liftcontrol cables and reeling cables.
1995	Certification according to ISO 9001:1994 for the Baude Kabeltechnik GmbH.
1996	Development of the Semocore core insulation and application for patent. Developement of reeling cables Semoflex Drum. First application in Kiruna, Sweden.
1996	Founding of the Baude Kabeltechnik s.r.o. Brno in the Czech Republic, due to an increase in demand for our products on the Czech market and development of the high volume production of spiral cables
1997	Participation at the engineering fair in Brno (CZ).
1998	Assignment of the company‘s share from Helmut Baude to Andreas Baude (exclusive partner).
1999	Take over of the Nifa GmbH in Nürtingen, next to Stuttgart, with the objective of enforcing the production of spiral cables.
2000	Installation of a cable testing plant for reeling cables . Tests under genuine conditions are possible.
2001	Certification of the Baude Group according to ISO 9001:1994. New cable generation for the use in building construction lifts.
2002	Catalogue available as PDF in the web. Relocation of the Baude Kabeltechnik to the Lise-Meitner-Straße . By this doubling of storage capacity and amelioration of logistics. Founding of the Baude Holding GmbH and combination of the Baude Group.
2003	Certification according to ISO 9001:2000. Commissioning of new buildings for cabel construction in Brno, CZ.
2004	Relocation of the Baude Nifa GmbH from Nürtingen to Unterensingen. Opening of an office in Potsdam as a call-center and for customer service in the new länder of Germany
2008	Relocation of the Baude Nifa GmbH into a new building to Unterensingen.
